On the ground floor, there is a spacious reception hall with shoe storage and coat hooks. The open plan kitchen and dining area with family/seating area includes smeg dishwasher, oven and hob. The kitchen has an integrated microwave, grill, fridge freezer, toaster and espresso coffee machine. Kitchen utensils and crockery are provided as well as the basics like, tea, coffee and milk. Seating area includes smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime.
Located off the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and dryer, laundry tablets and softener provided.

The Property First Floor
Master bedroom with super king TV bed with smart TV and built in wardrove storage. The master bedroom comprises and en-suite with toilet, sink and double shower.
Bedroom 2 comprises a double bed with built in wardrobe storage and en-suite with toilet, sink and shower.
Bedroom 3 comprises a double bed with wall mounted smart TV and wardrobe and drawer storage.
Bedroom 4 is currently used as a home office with single sofa bed. We are open to discussions on providing alternative sleeping arrangements in this room.
Parking at the property consists of a driveway which can accommodate up to two vehicles and additional parking is available immediately outside of the property.
There are a number of impressive golf courses in the area as well as Troon, including Turnberry, Prestwick, Belleisle Golf Course and Dundonald Links.
The village of Syminton has a pub, the Wheatsheaf Inn, an independently run family business serving Scottish produce with a beer garden for summer days.
